If there was only ONE THING that I could communicate to you, about how to accomplish everything your heart desires, it would be this…
…Never, ever, EVER, give up on your dreams.
I know you want big things, beautiful. I know what you feel inside.
There are parts of you that you haven’t even tapped into yet, and that scares you, but enlivens you at the same time.
There are so many parts of you just waiting to be discovered, there is an entirely beautiful dream life that is just waiting to be born from within you.
Did you know that you have the ability to make all your dreams come true?
I know there are parts of you that truly don’t believe that it’s possible. I know there are the voices of self doubt, worry, fear, and indecision. They have plagued me for many years, I know them well.
And here’s the truth— that they will ALWAYS be there.
They are not just going to go away just because you decided to go after your dreams.
In fact, they will actually become LOUDER and more DOMINANT the more and more you step into living your highest calling!
This is something that I have known for a long time but they don’t come out until I least expect it.
The resistance is strong some days, and it is sneaky and seduces you to move away from what your soul is REALLY wanting.
What is it that your SOUL actually desires?
Love, connection, joy, happiness, FREEDOM?
Do you yearn to follow the calling of your heart and really break out to finally be FREE? Do you want to LOVE yourself so much that you would do ANYTHING to stay committed to following your TRUE heart’s desires?
This is the path and the way of the heart.
The Sacred Journey back to Self and Who You Really Are.
There are worlds within worlds that are undiscovered within you— each holding the keys to your Divine Destiny here on earth.
You were put here for a reason, yes! You have a Higher Calling and a True Purpose for being here in this world at this very moment in history.
There are many of us who are waking up and realizing our Divine Potential. This is the call— to embody your true authentic self, and to become more of the woman you were meant to become.
It is no accident that you are reading this— and I know that deep down inside of you, you have a dream and a desire and a KNOWING that you were BORN FOR MORE.
You weren’t meant to just ‘get by’ and struggle and toil and spend each day living the same boring existence over and over again— that there is such a greater PURPOSE for your life, and you are meant to LIVE IT DAMMIT no matter what it takes!
There is SO MUCH that is ready for you to step into! You are SO NEEDED and VALUABLE here in this world!
And I KNOW there are going to be challenges along that path.
The road is not the easy one, as it is the uncommon and uncharted territory of your soul. Only YOU can go on this hero’s journey for yourself.

What are you very naturally good at?
What would you do if money wasn’t an issue, how would you spend your time?
What would ACTUALLY make you happy and fulfill your SOUL?
Begin to allow yourself to really dream about what that would be like for you to finally WAKE UP and begin to listen to that little voice inside.
Your intuition is here to guide you.
This inner guidance is always there to guide you, to help you, to support you and show you the way.
Any of my private clients know this about coaching with me— that it’s not about MY relationship with them— what I REALLY DO is help them develop the connection to this deeper part of WHO THEY REALLY ARE at the core, and strengthen it so that this becomes the absolute INNER KNOWING that begins guide their life.
It is pretty amazing when you think about it.
Because isn’t that what life is all about?
Connecting to these deeper parts of you and getting to know yourself on a deeper and more intimate level.
When was it in your life when you left yourself behind?
How old were you when you stopped listening to your inner guidance and you started to blindly follow what everyone around you was saying? When you started to care more about what everyone else thought of you and what they wanted and expected from you, rather than what you wanted and expected for yourself?
I know for me, this was the beginning of my downfall. Of really losing myself and sense of who I was, I lost my confidence, my inner strength and desperately sought approval, safety and love from everyone around me.
I just wanted to fit in. I wanted to be liked and loved and approved of.
Didn’t you? Aren’t we all seeking this in some way, shape or form in our lives?
What would that be like for you to— instead of getting it from an external source— begin to source your worth from the INSIDE?
What if you had all the love and acceptance and approval you were seeking INSIDE of you already?
When you truly tap into this infinite well of love, of light, of worth and energy and power— your life will begin to change.
When you realize that everything you need to transform your life is already inside of you, the journey has just begun.
It is not a journey for the faint of heart, as it will test you to your limits.
You will want to quit, you will want to give up.
And this is why I say— NEVER EVER EVER give up on your dreams.
You are TOO IMPORTANT and you have TOO BIG of a message and a purpose to let that fall by the wayside.
Your life may change and transform as a result of you doing this deeper work on yourself, and that is to be expected.
People will fall away. They will mock, criticize and things will seem like they are falling apart.
That is okay— as long as you never give up on your dreams, and you stay TRUE to who you really are underneath it all.
And you might be sitting there thinking, ‘well Lauren, I don’t actually know who I am, though..’
And my answer to you is simple..
Are you ready to meet her?
The journey of awakening, of self-discovery begins with getting to know the Self.
I know it can be scary.
I know there are things that you might not want to face or deal with right now.
No matter what happens, I know you are strong enough to deal with it, to navigate through it and know that THIS TOO SHALL PASS.
Through the journey, you will become stronger, wiser, more self aware.
You become more connected to the TRUTH of who you are, and what you came here to do.
You deserve to step into the light of who you TRULY are, and live a life of purpose, of passion, and FLOW.
Whatever it takes, come back to her now. Your SOUL is calling you.
You deserve to feel good in your body. You deserve to feel good within your SOUL.
You are worthy of receiving all of the goodness that life has to offer.
Go after it with all your heart, and remember— NEVER EVER EVERY give up on your dreams.
